A company milestone, a birthday or the end of a busy year can bring people into the same room. What happens next might be a quiz, an awards presentation, a mystery or a few rounds at hosted tables. We organise the activities and the setting around the occasion.
Meet Meeple works with adult groups in New Zealand. Our service brings together planning, entertainment, styling and coordination, from a compact team session to a dressed-up evening for up to 100 guests. Programmes run for up to six hours.
What goes into the evening?
A room that works
The entrance, tables, stage and seating each need space. We look at sightlines, loading routes and equipment access while choosing props and lighting, so the setting fits the venue.
Time between the activities
Conversation, a meal or a break can sit between the hosted moments. A run sheet brings those timings together and gives the team a cue for what comes next.
Ways for people to join in
A guest may prefer to discuss an answer at the table, watch a round or sit somewhere quieter. Access needs and group preferences help us choose the activities and layout.
