Indicative starting budgets are NZ$1,200 for a small hosted team or quiz session, NZ$1,800 for hosted casino-themed tables and NZ$5,000 for compact gala and awards production. The pricing guide sets out the guest numbers, hours, inclusions and additions for each format.

Before you choose
Can you help if we only have a rough idea?
Yes. Tell us who is coming and what you are celebrating. We can compare a few activities or themes; a fixed date and venue can come later.
Can a theme and an activity share the same event?
Yes. A Gatsby room can host a dinner and table entertainment; a festive setting can surround a team quiz. The running order leaves space for both the activity and time together.
What if we are still looking for a venue?
Send the area and type of setting you have in mind. We can identify the floor space, access and facilities the event will need. Venue sourcing and site visits are optional services listed in the pricing questions.
