A good session has breathing space.
Begin with a short warm-up so everyone can learn the format. Move into a longer challenge, take a proper break, then change the pace with quiz rounds or one final shared task. The host explains each round and keeps track of time.

One person might spot a pattern; another might remember an answer or help the group decide. We can combine discussion, observation and seated participation so the session does not depend on speed or speaking in front of the room. Tell us about access needs and activities your team would prefer to avoid.
The room makes a difference too. Teams need enough table space to work, sound they can hear and a view of any screen. At an office, building access and neighbouring work areas affect where activities can go. Outdoors, the plan needs suitable ground and a sheltered alternative.

Can you include questions about our company?
Yes. Send approved facts, products or company milestones, with enough time to prepare the rounds. Keep personal stories and confidential material out of the questions. Bespoke content and equipment are priced in the team activity guide.
Can this be part of a Christmas function?
Yes. A quiz or challenge session can sit between a company welcome and a meal. Seasonal styling can carry into the activity area, with a break before the next part of the evening.
How long should we allow?
A focused session can run for two hours; more rounds and rotations need longer. Think about when colleagues are arriving, whether they are eating and how much conversation time you want. The event limit is six hours.
