Hollywood

Retro
Pick the 70s, 80s or 90s. Colourful decorations, nostalgic props and neon-style signage give the decade a presence before the entertainment begins. A few favourite references can tie the tables and backdrop together.
Tropical
Tropical foliage and bright colours suit a summer gathering, indoors or outside. An island-inspired backdrop sets the scene, with seating arranged for conversation and room to move between activities.
Carnival
Striped décor, signs and interactive stations create a lively layout. Guests can move between games in small groups, with hosts introducing the activities and a central area for breaks.
Circus
Bold colour, themed props and a performance area can give the room a vintage circus feel. A contemporary version can use stronger lighting and simpler shapes. The styling works as a setting in its own right.
Winter Wonderland
White and silver table details, frosted styling and sparkling lights bring winter indoors. Snow-inspired props can frame an entrance or photo backdrop, leaving dining tables open for conversation.
Garden party
Floral décor, botanical details and elegant seating suit a relaxed outdoor gathering. Lawn games give guests something to try between conversations. A sheltered space is part of the plan from the start.
Murder mystery
Characters, clues and a sequence of discoveries carry the evening. Period décor and immersive props support the story, while a host explains how guests can take part. Choose the level of character play that your group will enjoy.
Sports-themed
Team colours, stadium-inspired signs and competition zones give activities a familiar setting. Stations can combine different kinds of challenges, with choices that suit the group’s mobility and interests.
Festival-themed
Colourful signs guide guests between outdoor activity areas, entertainment zones and places to sit. The pace can stay relaxed, with hosted sessions spread through the gathering and time to wander between them.
Christmas corporate
Seasonal centrepieces, a festive backdrop and warm lighting set the scene for an end-of-year celebration. A company welcome, quiz and time to catch up can share the evening. Enquire early while choosing your date and venue.

Choose the focal point
Start with the area guests will notice first: an entrance, backdrop, presentation space or dining tables. Props, signs and lighting can repeat a few colours or shapes across the room. This leaves space for people to move and use the venue.
Add an activity
A mystery needs time for clues and conversation. A carnival invites small-group rotations. A Christmas function might centre on a quiz. The activity, host and room layout can all follow the same theme.
Make it personal
Bring favourite colours, reference images or company artwork. A sign, table detail or backdrop can reflect the occasion. If two themes appeal, choose one as the main setting and use a few details from the other.

Photos, dimensions and setup times help us choose pieces that fit. Outdoor settings also need a weather alternative. The installation plan covers loading, power, guest routes and the time needed to pack away.
