Start with a setting you love.
For a Gatsby-inspired dinner, black and gold details, geometric shapes and vintage props set the mood. Masquerade styling brings richer fabrics and dramatic light. Retro colours and neon-style signs suit a livelier party; flowers, lawn games and comfortable seating invite a slower garden afternoon.
Guests can dress up as much as they like. A backdrop, table settings and lighting can carry a theme on their own.

Something to do together
A hosted table session can break the ice; a character-led mystery gives the group a story to follow. Short sessions leave time to talk between activities. Guests can also enjoy watching, without being asked to perform.

Before we get together
At home, outdoors or in a venue?
Could we hold the party at home?
A suitable home or garden may work. Share the usable space, entrance dimensions, parking and any stairs. Neighbouring properties and noise limits also affect the layout and finish time.
What do we need for an outdoor party?
A sheltered alternative, suitable ground and access to power where the equipment needs it. Weather plans, marquees and other additions are covered in the pricing questions.
Can you plan something quieter?
Yes. Seated activities, smaller groups and longer gaps for conversation suit a relaxed celebration. Tell us how much hosted activity you would like and which moments matter most to you.
Tell us what you’re celebrating.
Send the date, location, guest count and a favourite theme, if you have one. Let us know about a venue or caterer already booked so the party can fit around those plans.
